Carbon Destruction Sale Over

By Jeremiah Pena | Published March 25th, 2010

The Carbon Destruction 40% Off Sale is now over, and the album is back to its usual price of $4.99.

I’ve decided that Carbon Destruction will have one more track before it is officially “finished.” That would make it 14 tracks, plus the bonus track, for a total of 15 tracks long. The final track will be a tribute to the first track, Carbon Destruction (which the album is named after), and will be titled… Return to Destruction. I’ve already started the compositionizing process, and have about half the song done. It most likely won’t be finished for a while, however.

One last thing: Once the final track is in place, I’m planning to use CDBaby‘s service to get Carbon Destruction on all the major (and many not-so-major) digital distribution sites. That includes iTunes, Zune, Amazon, Rhapsody, and a ton of others. Sound good? It does to me too!

It Comes Together

By Jeremiah Pena | Published March 10th, 2010

It’s nearing the final moments of the story. The plot finally comes together, clicking into place with excitement, as the last tense section plays through. I wrote It Comes Together with the end of a book or movie in mind, full of lots of a-ha moments, and tons of action. It has ended up one of my finest pieces written, full of pounding drums, furious orchestra, and tense synths. Take a listen:
